Canadian-Qatari friendship Association (CQFA)
The Canadian-Qatari friendship Association (CQFA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting development and deepening of the bi-lateral relations on a broader basis (research, education, culture, sports and economy).
Through a broadened perspective, which combines research, culture, politics and economy, not only the understanding for complex developments growths, but also the opportunity to jointly initiate adequate concepts and projects.

Objectives
1 – Deepening of existing and the establishing of new contacts to promote cooperation in the fields of research, education, culture, sports and economy.
2 – Identification and promotion of cooperation opportunities and synergies between the economy on the one hand and research, training and culture on the other hand.
3 – Exchange of information and experience between high-ranking Canada representatives and the Leadership of Qatar.
4- Networks for cultural exchange

6- Technical exchange of information

Implementation
1 – The Canadian- Qatari Friendship association CQFA organises events such as seminars, salons, real estate forums & summits and business trips.
2 – Through the high-quality participants on both sides, a high standard in the exchange of information and ideas is assured.
3 – Promising fields for intensified cooperation could, for example, be:
Research relevant to the economy in individual sectors, such as renewable energy and environmental protection; tertiary education cooperation; promotion of the highly-gifted; think tanks; professional training: practical training in cooperation with Canada firms represented in Qatar ; exchange of trainees; and executive coaching consultancy.
Our association has become one of the largest and most influential association in Qatar & Canada.
